Can you still get PvP titles WoW?
MODERN WOW Rated Battleground titles are permanent. PvP titles are not account wide and can only be used by the character that earned the title. This includes the Gladiator title: even if the Gladiator mount is account-wide, the title is not.
Can you still get PvP titles in Burning Crusade?
If you’ve played WoW Classic and earned any PvP ranks, they’ll be available as titles. You’ll be able to display up to your highest rank achieved under the WoW Classic honor system as your character’s title, but ranks do not play a part in the Burning Crusade Classic honor system.
Do arena titles go away?
No they haven’t. They did it in Legion when they made it so you had to earn the title back in a season and whatever title you earned in the previous season you got to keep for the whole duration of the next season.

Combatant: 1400–1599. Challenger: 1600–1799. Rival: 1800–2099. Duelist: 2100–2399.
Do you keep duelist title?
The only title that you can keep permanently is any ‘Rank 1’ title (like Primal Gladiator, Prideful Gladiator, Warmongering Gladiator, etc). Likewise, Challenger/Rival/Duelist/Gladiator titles are all lost after 1 season unless you get the rating requirement to earn it again.

Why was Gladiator stance removed?
Because a talent that completely revamps the spec isn’t good design for several reasons: A) It’s literally a dead talent for actual prot players. They could never take the talent because it wasn’t designed to be used for actual tanking.
Are Gladiator mounts account wide?
Since Shadowlands, all Gladiator mounts are account-wide. If you earned a Gladiator mount previous to Shadowlands launch, log in to the character that earned the mount to make the mount available to all your characters on the same faction.
