What is FL vs FD mount?
Basically, FL was a breech lock with a lens-mounted auto/man aperture switch. FD lost the switch. FDn did evil things to cram a reverse-gender bayonet where the breech lock was in the lenses. In sum, they all are fundamentally the same on the camera side.
