Can I get a refund from Centre Parcs?
Yes, Flex Your Stay allows you to cancel your break for any reason and receive a full refund up to 28 days before your arrival date. From 27 days up to 2 days before your stay you can still cancel your break and receive a reduced refund.
How do I add a guest to my Center Parcs booking?
Click ‘Availability’ to see time slots. Select the time you want, and any valid guests will be available for you to assign the activity to. At this stage, you can also add other guests who will be participating, such as visiting day guests. Click ‘Add to basket’.
Can I move my Centre Parcs booking?
Yes, Flex Your Stay allows you to change your booking for any reason up to 7 days prior to you stay. Any changes to the date or village and accommodation type will be charged at the price valid at the time of amendment and may incur additional cost.
Can you leave Center Parcs for the day?
You can leave Center Parcs early but you would need to speak to security personnel or someone at guest services if you wish to move your car to your lodge and load a day or two early. They can often make exceptions for people who need to leave for emergencies, illness etc.
Do you need Covid test for Centre Parcs?
As always, our priority is to protect our guests and staff as much as possible, and we recommend that all guests due to visit take a COVID-19 test before visiting our villages.
Can you sneak an extra person into Centre Parcs?
No sneaking required. If you sneak someone in, your not only being dishonest, taking revenue from the company, you’re also potentially putting that person in danger. On the minimum chance the place is on fire, for example, they wouldn’t know to look for them.
Can you change dates at Centre Parcs?
You may change your booking with us for any reason provided the change is made 10 weeks or more before your arrival date. Each change is subject to availability and an amendment charge may apply depending on whether you have Flex Your Stay protection. Please see the table below for details.
