Yes, London Eye generally closes during January for annual maintenance work. Our Annual Maintenance dates are scheduled as Monday 10th – 23rd January 2022.

The London Eye has closed for what could be an indefinite period. The website says for technical reasons but apparantly it is due to disagreements with the landlords over the lease and there have been murmurs of eviction.
