What do you do at UCF orientation?
During Orientation, students work with advisors to plan out a class schedule, receive information on a variety of student services, explore ways to get involved with groups and events on campus, be introduced to academic policies and support services, and meet with new students (and make new friends!).
How does UCF virtual orientation work?
Students entering a totally-online degree program are required to complete a Online Orientation. Students in online-only programs will not be required to attend Orientation in person and instead will interact with their advisor by phone or email.

On-campus Orientation Housing is only available for first time in college (FTIC) students attending UCF’s Main Campus FTIC two-day Orientation. If you choose to live in the Towers, when picking which Tower you want to live in, I recommend Tower 1 or 3. All the Towers have a great location and proximity to food like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and Dominoes. Tower 1, is for anyone, Tower 2 is international, Towers 3 is for honors, and Tower 4 is an athletic dorm.
