The kicker is a much higher quality amplifier. Also, the hifonics is 1 ohm stable which will not work for you. You have 2 dual 2 ohm subs which cannot wire to 1 ohm. The kicker is 2 ohm stable, that WILL work.

MB Quart fills the need I bought this speaker to replace some older Kenwood speakers that were in my boat. had a slight issue as we needed to open the opening about 1/4 inch all around, but once past that the install went easily. Sound is good and actually exceeded my expectations.
