How do you get rank order list?
Rank order list strategies
- Include a mix of more and less competitive programs, including at least one “safety,” to ensure a higher chance of receiving a match.
- Rank at least several programs to create a higher chance of matching. We suggest ranking between 10 and 15.
- Submit your ROL sooner rather than later.

All fourth-year medical students are invited to submit an application for consideration of election into AOA. This application consists of a personal narrative, curriculum vitae (CV), and an optional demographic form. AOA selection is made by committee decision after a thorough and holistic review of each application.
