Only way to know for sure is try and measure the stroke (not that easy with heads on) or look at the casting number in the crank (which requires removing the oil pan). There is around 1/4 difference in the stroke. 70-76 Eldo would have been a 500 from the factory. 75-76 all (non seville) cars were 500’s.
