You’ll need thick socks and gloves (compulsory). Please bring snow boots, wellies or walking boots for activities on the Snow Park, you can hire these from us if you do not have anything suitable. You can book clothing and and boot rental here.

What do I need to bring to chill factor e?
It’s called Chill Factor e for a reason, so expect it to be cold – although it soon warms up when you’re active! You’re welcome to bring your own adequate clothing or you can hire a waterproof jacket, trousers and snow play boots from the changing village. If you do not have a hat or gloves, you can purchase these from Chill Factor e .
Can I bring my own helmet or use chill factor e?
Guests are welcome to bring their own helmet or can use a Chill Factor e helmet at no extra charge. These are available in various sizes in the Changing Village, located on the wall just before you go out onto the snow. Please note that all of our head protection is to CE standard and is regularly disinfected.
