How does ILDA work?
The “ILDA port” is defined as a “DB-25 Connector”, which is a 25-pin analog connector that is usually found on the back of the laser. It works by sending an analog signal from your ilda laser control hardware (such as Pangolin’s FB3QS), into the male DB-25, or also known as the ILDA IN port, on the back of the laser.
What is ILDA interface?
ILDA specifies a hardware interface used to control laser projectors. ISP-DB25 is a DB-25 connector governing the X/Y servo position, per-color output, safety isolators etc.

Are laser light shows safe?

Can you go blind from a laser?
Laser pointers can put out anywhere between 1 and 5 milliwatts of power, which is enough to damage the retina after 10 seconds of exposure. This can lead to permanent vision loss. That said, it can be very difficult to expose the retina to that much light for that long a time.
