How do you get items from Super training?
Secret Super Training is a series of extra-challenging training regimens where fully trained Pokemon can play to obtain rare items. In order to unlock the Secret Super Training, one must first fully distribute all 510 Effort Values for any particular Pokemon.
How many secret super training levels are there?

- Find the stone in Terminus Cave.
- Beat the Aegislah super training with a time of 2:10 – 2:20 remaining – It’s not a guarantee to get the stone even if you beat it within that time.
