What is the best ending for Papers, Please?
Here are the good endings:
- Ending 20: Stay loyal to Arstotska by not completing any of the EZIC tasks; stop the terrorists on day 31 from blowing up the checkpoint.
- Ending 19: Help EZIC by completing 4-5 of the EZIC tasks; hold your fire on day 31.
- Ending 18: Escape to Obristan with all living family members.
What happens if I accept EZIC gift?
The money from EZIC you receive on day 11 or 12 will always be confiscated, together with any other savings you have. Your neighbor always “reports you for your wealth”. This causes an impending investigation that will result in a possible end to the game.
Who is the Red man in Papers, Please?
The man in red is a person who appears in the line on day 23. His identity changes depending on what happened to Khaled Istom on day 20. If Istom was denied entry but was not poisoned, an EZIC note reveals that Istom is the man in red.
What happens if you escape to Obristan?
You need to confiscate Obristan passports from people that come through your booth, the same way that you would confiscate ones for citizens. This is obviously against the rules and you will be fined every time you do it, but there is no other way to collect the passports you need.

What happens if you deny Elisa in papers please?
Elisa ends up not having all the required documents, so letting her through will result in a citation. If you accept this and still approve her, a terrorist will kill Sergiu after the reunion if you don’t save him. Obristan- USSR (It geographically makes sense and fits in with the rest of the map). Antegria- Hungary (Was pretty much a soviet puppet, and at one point in the game, is referred to as much worse than Arstotzka (East Germany), this makes sense as in the 80’s Hungary went through a lot of economic troubles.)
Can I save Sergiu Papers, Please?
Yes. It’s VERY hard to save him, but is doeable regardless of whether you cleared his girlfirend. Of course if you did not he will not be happy with you. It is possible to save him.
What does MOA mean in papers please?
A citation without penalty. A M.O.A. citation is a document given to the inspector should he violate immigration protocol. This document is generated in the following cases: Denying an entrant whose documents are all correct.
What happens if you don’t help EZIC?
