I guess we won’t be back for walks along Sylvan lakes beautiful shoreline . To pay $ 2./hr or $10 /DAY parking to go for a walk and an ice cream cone is not reasonable. Council shot themselves in their foot with this one and once again businesses along the boulevard will lose revenue when less people driving out for a visit.
