Overrun is a new Multiplayer Mode in Gears of War Judgment. It is basically a 5 vs 5 Multiplayer version of the Co-Op Survival mode, and very similar to Beast Mode from Gears of War 3. One team plays as COG Soldiers, and the other team plays as the Locust Horde.
