Who is eligible for SINP?
Eligibility: You must have at least 1 year of work experience in your intended occupation in the last 10 years. You must possess suitable language abilities demonstrated by a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4. You must score 60 points or greater, out of 100, on the SINP points grid shown below.

After receiving an invitation, a candidate must submit a complete application to Saskatchewan within the designated time limit. Candidates submitting applications for SINP must pay a non-refundable application fee of $350 CAD.

Can I apply Sinp without job offer?
Your job offer must be approved by the SINP before you apply. Your employer must register online on the SINP Employer website to have the job that you are applying for assessed. Once the job is approved, your employer will receive a Job Approval Letter that includes your position, name and NOC code.
Is 60 points enough for SINP?
A minimum score of 60 points out of 100 is needed to apply under a SINP International Skilled Worker (ISW) sub-category. There are some areas which are used to determine whether you qualify for an International Skilled Worker sub-category. You will have to submit a few important documents for the same.
Does Sinp require ielts?
You can compare CLB 7 with IELTS Band 6 in all four language abilities, i.e. Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. Finally, if you apply for SINP- OID category, the English proficiency requirement is CLB 4, whereas to apply in SINP- Express Entry –Sub-category the English proficiency level required is CLB 7.

Can I change my job after Sinp?
The SINP will issue them a new employer-specific work permit support letter where required. A worker cannot legally work for a new employer until a new work permit is obtained.
