The Prince’s Trust (Welsh: Ymddiriedolaeth y Tywysog) is a charity in the United Kingdom founded in 1976 by Charles, Prince of Wales, to help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. It supports 11 to 30-year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.

The course must be up to 1 or 2 years in length. While studying the applicant does not have to pay off any of the loan and the government pays for any interest. The applicant only starts paying back the loan and interest one month after completing their course. Available in England, Wales & Scotland.

Is Prince’s Trust a GCSE?
On the successful completion of all units, pupils will gain a minimum of 21 credits and a maximum of 36. These credits will go towards their qualification in ‘Personal Development and Employability Skills’ offered by the Prince’s Trust. This qualification is now equivalent to two GCSEs both at Grade B.

Our Story. The Little Princess Trust has been helping children and young people since 2006. The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.
How much hair do you need to donate to the Princess Trust?

The minimum length of hair that we can accept is 7inches/17cm. However, we do currently have sufficient stock of hair measuring between 7 and 11 inches, and that is why we encourage all our supporters to donate hair that measures 12 inches and above.

Thanks to you, our fantastic fundraisers, we are able to provide wigs free of charge, at a time when families really need our help. From receiving hair donations at our office, through to fitting and styling a bespoke wig, it costs the charity from £550 to provide a real-hair wig free-of-charge, to our wig recipients.
Can I donate grey hair UK?
Your hair also has to be in good condition, but dyed hair, as long as it is in natural colours, is fine. A few grey hairs are also OK, but largely grey hair is unable to be used.
