What are IDTT orders?
– IDTT – Inactive Duty Training Travel. These orders are for travel in an inactive duty status. For instance, Cross Assigned (CA) personnel may use IDTT to perform a drill weekend that is not performed at their NOSC.
What does a Nosc do?
The NOSC is responsible for the mobilization and demobilization process for both individual augmentees and unit deployments and supports the families of those Reserve Sailors deployed in support of military operations worldwide. The NOSC staff is composed of 20 full-time support (FTS) Sailors.

To Log in to NROWS:
- Click on the NROWS using the link above in Internet Explorer.
- Select your DOD EMAIL Certificate.
- Click “OK”
- Enter your PIN.
- Click “OK”
- Click “OK”
- Click “Sailor” in the top menu bar.
- You are now logged in to NROWS.
How do you use Nrows?
Use the pull-down menu on the left and click “Sailor”. Step #2: The menu on the left is the “Sailor Menu.” Click “Pull Back Application” from this menu to move to the next step. Step #3: At this menu you will type in the tracking number (NROWS number) for the orders you wish to pull back.
Is Flank Speed replacing NMCI?
This implementation is called the NMCI O365. This was intended to be more secure than the CVR and provide better identity, credential and access management. In 2021, the Navy decided to migrate again to a new system called Flank Speed, which is an implementation of the new DoD365 platform.
